~ His sleeping continues to improve. Elevating the crib like the doctor suggested has been a big help! He is usually only up once during the night (often around 3-4am) to eat, and then goes right back to sleep. Last night he slept all night long! Perhaps this will be our month? :)
(He loves to sleep with stuffed animals, which he has in his pack n play for naps.)
~ He is eating fruits, veggies, and cereals. And he loves them all! He is a good eater, and usually has solids twice a day, sometimes three times a day.
(The dogs clearly remember that Good Stuff falls from that high chair!)
~ He loves to sit up and play with toys, and sits unattended for long periods of time. He still doesn't like to be on his belly, I think mainly due to his reflux. He just cries and spits up and generally is miserable. I'm not sure what this means for him crawling-- it is hard to learn to crawl if he hates to be on his tummy!
~ He thinks pee-a-boo is the most hilarious game ever.
(Oh, that fluffy baby hair!)
~ He loves to be given "raspberries" (or "splubbers," as my family calls them) on his belly, or on his hands. He has started to give wet, open mouthed "kisses" to us. Collette especially loves this!
~ He still loooooooves his jumparoo.
~ He is starting to experience some separation anxiety, and often cries now when I leave the room. Usually it is short-lived, and then he is back to his happy self.
Here are his 7 month pictures!
My big boy...growing, growing.
