I had never been to an indoor water park, and really had no idea what to expect, but it was huge! It was a huge hotel with an entire indoor and outdoor water park attached to it. We stayed in suite with my parents, and had two full days to enjoy the water park. There were several separate areas with water slides, pools, and sprinklers. I didn't get pictures of everything, but I did get some of our favorite activities. :)
This was one area that Collette loved. It was a huge tree-fort structure, and kids (and adults) could climb through tunnels, over netting, and up to the top to go down to big water slides.
One of the highlights of this area was the huge bucket of water the dumped 1,000 gallons at once!
LL decided to take both Collette and Trey under the "water fall" (despite my protests). He did stand under an umbrella, so Trey was mostly protected, but still... that's a huge amount of water pressure!
Collette had a blast playing and climbing, and of course Miss Adrenaline Junkie had no problem whatsoever with going down slides that were several stories high!
Collette's very favorite thing were the water slides. She could go on all but one of them (due to height restriction) and wanted nothing to do with the kiddie slides. I think she and LL must have gone on this inner tube ride 20 times at least! She was too little to sit in the inner tube (she fell through) so she had to sit on LL's legs/feet, but that was fine with her... as long as she was going faster, faster, faster!

She kept shouting "Faster, Daddy!" And leaning forward as far as she could. Oh, the grey hairs this kid is gonna give me...
Collette's other favorite slide was the enclosed tunnel slide. It was pitch black in there! Even my mom wouldn't do it. Ha!
Lest you think that poor Trey just got to watch all of the action, there was a nice area for him to play, too. This was the area that most of the toddlers were in. :)
We did get Collette to come visit him upon occasion and hang out in the kiddie pool, but she didn't stay put long!

For dinner we went to restaurant featuring a toy train that delivered food to the tables along the outside perimeter of the room. The wait for those tables was well over an hour, and the wait for the interior tables was about 10 minutes, so you can guess which one we chose. :) But Collette still had a blast watching the train go around the room. She was particularly impressed that Woody was the train conductor and shouted (loudly) "Look there's Woody!" every.single.time. she saw the train. :)
There was also a train that ran along the ceiling. Very cool.
We had a such a great time that we decided to look up Great Wolf's other locations. Lucky for us, there's one in the Poconos! I think we will be checking that one out in the near future!
