The Big Walker

Collette actually took her very first step on her birthday. It was such a fun moment, because not only was it her birthday, but my mom, Nora, Taryn, and I all got to see it! Since Saturday, Collette has been testing out this whole walking idea, but still feels like crawling is much faster and more efficient. Today, though, she has started taking a few consecutive steps on her own, without my encouragement, so I decided to try to get her on video. (And please excuse my messy house. Collette loves blankets lately and pulls them off the couch onto the floor and plays on them). I actually set the camera on our love seat across the room and was able to capture a few steps. What a big girl!!
