Happy Mother's Day!

We have had a wonderful Mother's Day! LL wasn't on call this weekend, so we got to spend all day today together. We had a great church service this morning, and we even managed to take a few pictures before we left! (This is a record for us, since we always seem to be running just barely on time for church and don't have time for any pictures!)

Collette wasn't super-smiley, but we still got a few half-decent ones.

After church we had lunch with LL's brother Nick and his family, and his great grandmas (his parents and other siblings were out of town). Collette had fun playing in the yard with Oliver and Karen before we ate lunch.

Nick and Niki made Chinese food for lunch, which was such a treat because they lived in China for two years so they have authentic recipes, dishes, and chop sticks!

After Collette took a nap, we went for a nice long walk to the farm. Collette loves being outside and had such fun smelling the flowers!

It may be Mother's Day, but she is still Daddy's girl. :o)

Daddy put a lilac in her hair. It's a good look, don't you think?

I'm so blessed by my little family! :o)
