Fall Fun and First Snow

The weather has been all over the place lately.  We took advantage of the sunshine last week and played in the leaves.  Although it was really too windy to make a big leaf pile, the kids didn't seem to mind!

Jump!

Our kid-sized rake is a big hit!

And then this past Tuesday, we got our first snow of the year.  It wasn't much, but when Collette looked out the windows and saw snow, she was beyond excited! She immediately convinced LL to go out and play with her, and ended up running up to Mimi and Bumpa's house to share her excitement with them, too.
Ready to run up the hill!

First snow angel of the season!

Trey, like his mama, loves his sleep, so he wasn't out enjoying the snow right away, but he did like playing outside a little later that morning. (Yes, it was bright out, hence the squinting.)

The snow was all melted by the afternoon, but it was fun while it lasted.  It is so fun to see the kids enjoying the different seasons!
