Today my BIL Andy, and SILs Taryn and Niki and all the kiddos got to do another fun farm activity--it was Ag Choice Farm Credit (the bank the farm uses) Fun Day. It was a huge shindig at a local Farmer's Market. They had all kinds of fun activities for the kids and a big free chicken BBQ with all of the fixings...including lots of chocolate milk and ice cream to support the local dairy farmers! After chowing down, we headed out to enjoy the activities.
Isaac, Oliver, Tabby and Karen loved the ropes:

And this slide was a big hit:

Although Collette and Teddy didn't get to take part in too many of the activities, they seemed to have a good time watching:

And I had a great time people watching, too. Because Ag Choice is (obviously) an agricultural credit union, and we live in central PA, there were a lot of "plain" people there--Amish, Mennonite, Brethren, and other conservative groups. Here are a few candids from the event:

And we even ran into our "neighbors" from 1.5 miles down the street! The Fisher family. Manny (the husband) helped LL's family build their new milking parlor, and LL has prescribed meds for their animals before. It's a little fuzzy (my camera batteries were dying!) but here are Amanda and her 3 kids:

Doesn't it make you feel like you've stepped back in time looking at these pictures? That's one of the things I love about central PA!
