One Month Old

Today Trey is one month old! I almost missed posting today because we've had such a busy day-- he got to meet his Grandpa and Great-Grandpa today! They flew in this evening to visit for a few days, and we are enjoying our full house! I will post more about that soon, but for now, here are some 1 month pictures of Trey:

So what's Trey up to at one month?

~He has outgrown all of his newborn clothes and is now wearing 0-3 month sizes.  I would guess he's about 8lbs, but I haven't gotten on the scale with him to see.  :)

~He has increasing times of awakeness and alertness.  He really likes to watch is Bear Mobile in his pack-n-play, and listen to the music.

~He's a snuggler.  He sleeps best snuggled with someone, but he does okay in his bassinet at night, too.

~He's a hungry boy! He is still eating roughly every 2 hours, and generally will go around 2.5 hours at night.  He always eats at midnight (no matter what time he's eaten before!) and then will sleep from about 1:00-3:30am, and then again from about 4:30-7:00am.  I'm hoping for some longer stretches of sleep soon. :)

~He hasn't had a lot of tummy time, but he doesn't seem to mind it when he does.  At least, not like his big sister, who screamed and cried for the entire time she was on her belly and for a good 15 minutes after we flipped her back over!

~He's a laid back kinda guy.  So far, he mostly just cries when he's hungry, has a little gas, or needs a diaper change.  He hasn't had any prolonged periods of crying or fussiness for a reason we couldn't identify. Sweet boy!

And of course Big Sister wanted to get in on the photo shoot, too. :)  It figures that when I want a picture of her, she has no interest, but when I want one of Trey, she's right there! LOL

 Is it just me, or does Trey look like he's trying to get away? :)
