(Almost) 5 Month Dr. Visit

Yesterday Collette had her (almost) 5 month Dr. visit. Her doctor was actually on vacation for the month of March (must be nice, huh?) so that's why she had a 5-month appointment instead of a 4-month appointment. But she got her check-up and shots. Our sweet little chunky monkey is 15 pounds, 11.5 ounces, and 25 3/4 inches long! She is still between the 50th-75th percentile for height and weight, so she is growing consistently! Here are some pictures from her appointment. (Because we don't move around here without taking pictures! Thank goodness for LL's Blackberry LOL)

We always like to go on Thursdays when LL is off, because I am a gigantic wimp and can't bear to be the one holding Collette still while they give her shots and my poor baby screams. Luckily, LL's medical training (albeit with animals) comes in handy when it comes to holding small children/animals steady for medical procedures! :o)

Showing off her band-aids (Barbie and Hello Kitty this time!) She doesn't look too much worse for the wear. The nurses say she has "good thighs" for giving shots! Wonder what gives them that idea? :o)
