Easter 2010 (Or, WOW That's A LOT of Kids!)

Today we celebrated Easter by going to Sunday School and church, and then to celebrate with LL's family. It was such a gorgeous day here--almost record highs, in the 70's, and we just had a great time.

There was TONS of good food, and lots of good fellowship, and yes, more than a little bit of chaos. As I have mentioned, he has 3 siblings, and all of them have kids close in age. Today, his cousin Amy, hubby Korey and her 2 kids (also 3 and 1) came for Easter as well. In case you are counting, that makes 3 3-year-old boys, a 2 year old girl, 3 one-year-old girls, and 2 babies. Then Taryn's sister and her family came for the egg hunt, which added 3 more kids, although they are a little older (4,6, and 9). Everyone had a great time hunting for eggs, riding on the pony, and generally having fun on the farm. The big event of the day was trying to get pictures of the kids. LL's mom had made matching dresses for all 4 of her granddaughters, and we wanted to get a shot of them, and shots of all of the kids. What a sight we made, with ten adults trying to line up twelve kids and have them sit and look at cameras! They decided to get pictures on the rock wall outside the farm house, which is a beautiful place, but of course Collette can't sit unsupported, so I was holding her up the entire time and trying to ensure that no one else fell off the wall. LOL. I wish I could share all of the out-takes, but here are a few of the best shots:

Don't you just LOVE Tabby's accessories? I mean really, can she get any cuter with her hat and her purse?!? And the best part was she really wanted to have both!
