Collette's personality continues to emerge, and she is definitely getting into a "girly, dress-up" stage, and loves her accessories! Last night, Andy, Taryn, and the kids came over, and Tabby brought Collette some dress shoes that she had worn last year. (Side note: Taryn told me Tabby tried to put them on yesterday to go outside and play, even though they haven't fit her for months, and when Tabby discovered that they didn't fit, she told Taryn "These don't fit me. I'll give them to Collette to wear." How cute is that?) They also brought Collette their Bounce and Spin Zebra, since they have about outgrown it. So, first thing this morning while she was still in her jamies, Collette tried to put on her new shoes (without much success) and then brought them to me saying "shoes? shoes?" After I put them on her, she grabbed her necklaces and headed straight for the zebra.

I think we've got a fashionista in the making!

She loves purses, too.

She had trouble climbing onto the zebra holding her purse, so she put it down to climb on, and immediately starting pointing to her purse, asking me to get it for her.

Apparently she decided a gold necklace matched her outfit better than the green and purple ones. :o)
And let us not forget her biggest statement-making accessory.

She found these "Silly glasses" in a drawer in LL's desk and decided they were meant for her!
