Pumpkin' Pickin'

Well, yesterday I got my wish! It was a beautiful, sunny, warm day and LL didn't have any afternoon calls, so we went to the pumpkin patch! My SIL Taryn and Isaac and Tabby went with us, too. It was fun for them to come, and then if LL got paged while we were out, Collette and I had an alternate way home. :o)

We went to Ard's Farmer's Market and got our tickets for the hayride. Collette had lots of fun waiting with Daddy:

This is the best shot of all 3 kiddos we could get with the "Pumpkin Patch" sign:

Then we took our hayride to the pumpkin patch.

Someone Who Shall Remain Nameless squirmed and squawked when she was being held on the ride, but when she got to sit on her own like a Big Girl she was perfectly happy! Doesn't she look so grown up?

She didn't mind sitting with Daddy for a picture, though. :o)

The pumpkin patch was lots of fun! Collette loved looking at all of the pumpkins!

Although I think a lot of them were "stocked" in the patch, we did make sure to find one for Collette that was still on the vine, so she had an "authentic" first pumpkin picking experience. LOL

Collette was very happy with her pumpkins:

And she liked the straw around the pumpkins, too:

Collette with all of her pumpkins, ready for the hayride back! Serious Baby Face:

It was such a fun day!
