The first step is combining flour, water, and egg to form the dough. Collette thought this was pretty great!

Then we put the dough through the flattening and cutting attachments, cooked the pasta, and made our Alfredo sauce (which is basically cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese--very healthy! Ha!). And we vinished finished it off with some fresh parsley from the garden. Yummo!
What a fun night cooking! If you haven't made homemade pasta before, you don't need the KitchenAid attachments-- you can roll it out by hand and cut it, too. It is a little more work, but soooo tasty. And if you have little people at home, they will love it!
